Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst to join our team in Dubai. This position is responsible for creating and managing data projects that analyze the business operations of the company. The successful candidate will have an excellent understanding of data management systems, statistical analysis methods, and the ability to interpret complex data into easily understandable visuals. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background and communication skills to effectively work with all stakeholders.

Job Duties:
• Gather, clean, process, and analyze large amounts of data from multiple sources
• Develop efficient methods for analyzing and interpreting data sets
• Use statistical methods to determine trends in the data collected
• Create reports that summarize findings from the analysis
• Develop strategies for improving accuracy of data collection processes
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and design reports accordingly
• Make recommendations on how data can be better used by various departments within the organization
• Monitor trends in the industry related to data management systems and analytics strategies

Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; Master’s degree preferred
• Experience using SQL or other query languages for extracting datasets from databases
• Knowledge of different software programs such as Tableau or Power BI for creating visuals from datasets
• Familiarity with mathematics, statistics, probability theory, machine learning algorithms, predictive analytics techniques etc.
• Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail; ability to think logically about problems
• Outstanding communication skills; ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms
