Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and experienced barista to join our team at a cafe in Doha. We offer a salary of 1600 per month. The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about coffee, has excellent customer service skills, and can work with both our customers and our team members to ensure exceptional dining experiences. This position requires an immigrant worker with the ability to work in Qatar.

Required Qualifications
• Experience as a barista or in a customer service role
• Knowledge of different coffee drinks
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining accuracy
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work in Qatar as an immigrant worker
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Flexibility for shifts during peak times such as weekends or holidays
Job Responsibilities
• Prepare specialty coffees including espresso-based drinks for customers
• Provide excellent customer service by taking orders accurately and responding promptly to customer inquiries
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the cafe including counters, tables, chairs, bathrooms, etc.
• Handle cash register operations including payments from customers
• Stock supplies such as cups, lids, straws, syrups, sugars etc.
• Ensure that all beverages are prepared according to company standards
