Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
The Teacher's primary responsibility will be to plan lessons and deliver them according to the syllabus provided by the school's administration team. They should be able to create engaging activities that integrate different learning styles into their classes while maintaining control over the classroom environment at all times. They should also assess student progress regularly and collaborate with other faculty members on curriculum development initiatives. In addition, they must maintain accurate records of their students' performance levels and provide feedback on their progress.

Required Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Education or related field along with experience teaching at either primary or secondary level schools. A valid Teaching Certificate is highly desired but not mandatory for this position; however, any additional qualifications related to teaching would be an advantage when applying for this role. Furthermore, native English language skills are essential as English is the language used in most Al-Kuwaiti schools; however proficiency in other languages is also desirable but not essential.
