We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for the preparation of hot and cold beverages, as well as providing excellent customer service. The successful candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, be extremely customer-oriented and have excellent communication and organizational skills.

The Barista will be expected to have a thorough knowledge of coffee and tea drinks, as well as various types of pastries. They should be able to suggest menu items to customers, upsell on additional items, manage the cash register and keep records accurate. The successful candidate should also have experience in troubleshooting any equipment malfunctions, restocking supplies and cleaning the workspace at the end of each shift.
