Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Barista to be part of our team in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while preparing and serving coffee drinks. This position requires a dedication to creating high-quality products while providing a friendly atmosphere in the cafe. The salary for this role is 1100 per month and we are open to hiring foreign applicants.

Duties and Responsibilities
The Barista will be responsible for preparing beverages such as coffee, tea, and other specialty drinks. They must follow all recipes accurately and adhere to the highest quality standards when creating beverages. Additionally, they will provide excellent customer service by greeting customers with a warm smile, engaging in conversation, answering questions about menu items, upselling additional items when appropriate, and taking orders accurately. They will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the cafe by wiping down counters, restocking supplies, cleaning coffee makers, disposing of trash in a timely manner, etc.

Qualifications and Skills
The ideal candidate should have prior experience working as a Barista or in a similar role. They must possess exceptional knowledge of different coffee blends and brewing techniques as well as understand the principles of customer service excellence. Excellent communication skills are essential for this role along with the ability to multitask efficiently under pressure. The successful applicant should also have an outgoing personality with strong problem-solving abilities.
