We are looking for an Office Assistant to join our team at Reef Al Fujairah City. This role will be responsible for providing administrative support while maintaining the highest level of customer service. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
The Office Assistant must be capable of providing assistance with general office tasks such as filing, organizing documents, bookkeeping and data entry. They will also be expected to manage incoming calls and emails from customers and external partners. Additionally, they should possess strong problem solving abilities as well as a positive attitude towards work.
To qualify for this position, applicants must possess a high school diploma or higher education degree with a minimum of one year experience in an office setting. Previous customer service or administrative experience is preferred but not required; we are willing to consider recent immigrants who may not have prior work experience in their field. The successful candidate must also display skills such as multitasking, attention to detail and excellent communication abilities (both written and spoken).
