Barista job vacancy in Doha Qatar


The Doha-based business is looking for an experienced Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee, a commitment to excellent customer service, and the enthusiasm to work in a fast-paced environment.

The successful applicant will be responsible for creating coffee and espresso drinks, preparing food items such as sandwiches and salads, and providing customers with helpful advice on products. This job also requires cash handling, stocking the supplies, cleaning the café area, and ensuring that all health and safety regulations are followed.

The successful candidate must be friendly and professional in their interactions with customers as well as colleagues. They should be able to work independently as well as part of a team. Experience in customer service or food preparation is desirable but not essential; however, an interest in coffee and willingness to learn is essential.

We offer a competitive salary of 1100 QAR per month plus incentive bonuses based on performance. We are open to considering both local candidates as well as foreigners with the necessary visa requirements in place to work legally in Qatar.
