Job Posting: Barista – Doha, Qatar

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Barista to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing coffee and drinks, up-selling additional products, and maintaining a clean and tidy work environment.

In this role, the Barista will:
• Prepare coffee drinks and other beverages including cold drinks, smoothies, frappes etc.
• Ensure that all orders are accurately prepared in accordance with the customer's request.
• Provide excellent customer service at all times.
• Greet customers warmly when they arrive in the café and take their orders courteously.
• Upsell additional items such as snacks or pastries.
• Maintain a clean work area at all times.
• Ensure that all equipment is clean and properly maintained.
• Ensure that all necessary stocks are available at all times for preparation of drinks & snacks.
• Follow established health & safety guidelines.
• Be able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Have knowledge of food hygiene regulations & standards (HACCP).

Qualifications:
• Previous experience as a Barista or similar role is preferred but not required
• Positive attitude and friendly demeanor with strong customer service skills

Salary: 1700 QAR + benefits
