Job Title: Barista

Salary: 1800 QAR/Month

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team in Doha. The ideal candidate should have at least two years of experience in a similar role and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about coffee and wants to expand their skills.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks such as espresso, latte, cappuccino, etc.
• Train and educate customers on different types of coffees and teas.
• Monitor stock levels of all ingredients necessary for making coffee drinks.
• Follow health and safety guidelines while handling food products and beverages.
• Maintain cleanliness of all equipment used for making coffee drinks.
• Monitor customer satisfaction with coffee drinks and take corrective action when necessary.
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience as a barista or related role.
• Knowledgeable of various brewing methods (e.g., espresso, cold brew, etc.) and specialty coffee drinks (e.g., latte art).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while multi-tasking efficiently without compromising quality standards or customer service.
• Excellent communication skills with customers and coworkers alike.
• Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays if needed.
