Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this position, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys to identify boundaries and features of a given property or terrain. You must be able to read and interpret survey documents, measure distances and angles using specialized equipment, calculate data and prepare reports. You must also demonstrate strong knowledge of surveying laws and regulations as well as excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
• Perform field surveys to determine exact locations of property boundaries and features related to the terrain.
• Analyze survey data collected in the field using specialized software programs.
• Record measurements and data with accuracy in written reports.
• Calculate area measurements, boundary lines, elevations, angles and other related data from aerial photographs or other sources.
• Prepare maps, diagrams and charts from survey data for presentations or other purposes.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant federal surveying laws and regulations.
• Work with clients to determine project requirements for surveys.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Surveying Science or a related field is required
• 1+ years of experience working as a Land Surveyor
• Proficiency in using surveying instruments such as total stations, levels, GPS systems etc.
• Knowledge of applicable government regulations • Excellent problem-solving skills • Strong communication abilities
