Job Title: HR Specialist
Location: Al-Kuwait
Salary: 1700 KD per month

We are looking for a motivated and experienced HR Specialist to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining effective Human Resources policies, programs, and procedures.

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of managing HR processes, including recruitment, performance management, training & development, and employee relations. In addition, the HR Specialist should possess excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
• Developing and implementing effective Human Resources policies and procedures
• Recruiting talented candidates through various sources to fill open positions in the company
• Assisting with performance management processes by setting objectives and conducting appraisals
• Supporting employee relations activities such as training & development initiatives
• Maintaining accurate records of all employees’ data such as payroll, benefits, etc.
• Developing strategies to improve the organizational culture and employee engagement

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field (preferred)
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience working as an HR specialist or similar role (required)
• Proven experience in developing strategies to improve organizational culture and employee engagement (required)
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders (required)
