Job Description:
We are looking for a friendly and experienced Barista to join our team in Doha, Qatar as part of our busy café. The successful applicant will be responsible for creating and serving coffee-based drinks, preparing food items, maintaining the cleanliness of the café, as well as providing excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate should have experience in preparing espresso-based drinks and knowledge of different coffee varieties. They should also be able to provide exceptional customer service and ensure that customers are served quickly and efficiently. The successful applicant should also be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare espresso-based drinks such as cappuccino, latte and mocha using an espresso machine
• Prepare food items such as sandwiches and salads according to customer orders
• Maintain cleanliness of café area at all times, including stocking supplies and cleaning up after customers
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly, taking orders accurately, answering questions about menu items and addressing complaints promptly
• Operate cash registers accurately and process payments according to company procedures
• Keep up with current café promotions and be able to explain them accurately to customers
• Monitor beverage quality ensuring that all drinks are made according to standards
• Follow health & safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
• Knowledge of different coffee varieties is essential
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Must have excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is an advantage)
