Job Description:
We are looking for a Land Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh. You will be responsible for surveying land for development and construction projects, such as roads, buildings, and parks. You will also be responsible for making precise measurements to determine property boundaries. This position requires attention to detail and excellent problem solving abilities. You must also be able to prepare detailed reports which include accurate data analysis.
Qualifications:
-Familiarity with land surveying principles and techniques
-Able to use surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, level rods and laser scanners
-Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English
-Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines
-Highly organized with great attention to detail
-Ability to interpret legal documents such as deeds or titles
