Job Description
The Teacher is responsible for delivering high-quality instruction in assigned classrooms. This includes preparing lesson plans, presenting lectures, leading discussions, creating assessments, evaluating student work and providing feedback on student progress. The Teacher should also be able to provide guidance to individual or small groups of students regarding learning strategies and techniques as well as assess student performance and create appropriate educational plans for each student. Additional duties may include attending faculty meetings, participating in professional development activities, providing extracurricular activities, managing classroom behavior and communicating with parents/guardians regarding student progress.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
• A minimum of 1 year of teaching experience
• Experience working with multicultural populations
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with colleagues
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
