Executive Chef Job in Riyadh

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Riyadh. This individual will be responsible for leading a team of chefs and managing the kitchen operations, as well as creating innovative dishes and menus, ensuring high standards of quality and safety are met at all times. The successful candidate must have a passion for cooking, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure.

Demands for the Candidate:
• Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts or a related field is preferred
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a professional kitchen environment
• Thorough knowledge of food preparation techniques, ingredients, equipment, and safety standards
• Ability to develop creative menus and recipes that meet customer needs
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team of chefs
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are preferred
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends

Salary: 1500 SAR
