Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team in Doha. This position is responsible for preparing and serving coffee drinks, as well as providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience as a Barista and a passion for making great coffee.

Responsibilities
• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espressos, lattes, cappuccinos, and mochas.
• Follow recipes accurately and maintain quality standards for all drinks.
• Monitor inventory and restock supplies when needed.
• Ensure cleanliness of work area and equipment at all times.
• Greet customers in a friendly manner and take orders accurately.
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
• Provide excellent customer service at all times.

Requirements
• At least 2 years of experience working as a Barista or in a related role.
• Knowledge of various espresso-making techniques.
• Ability to operate standard coffee shop equipment such as grinders, blenders, and espresso machines with accuracy and speed.
• Excellent communication skills with customers and colleagues alike.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail.
