Essential Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
• Good working knowledge of accounting software such as QuickBooks or similar packages

Job Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions including invoices, receipts, bills, expenses, etc. • Prepare financial statements including monthly income statements and balance sheets • Analyze financial data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements • Reconcile accounts by verifying entries in the general ledger accounts • Prepare payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements • Assist with external audits when necessary
