We are currently seeking an experienced and qualified Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting surveys of land and properties, as well as collecting data used for mapping and engineering projects.

The ideal candidate should possess a degree in surveying or related fields, with at least 5 years of experience in the field. Prior experience with surveying tasks in the Middle East is highly desirable. In addition, the candidate must have a valid work permit or be eligible to obtain one.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct land surveys using modern survey equipment
• Create accurate maps of surveyed areas
• Prepare reports and technical drawings of survey results
• Collect data from field surveys for engineering projects
• Monitor changes in land elevation and other features over time
• Investigate legal boundaries between properties
• Estimate construction costs based on survey measurements


Salary: 900 SAR/Month (negotiable)
