Job Title: Land Surveyor
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Salary: 1300 SAR (negotiable)

We are looking for an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience in land surveying and must be willing to work in a fast-paced environment.

The primary responsibilities of the Land Surveyor include but are not limited to:
• Conducting field surveys for construction sites and other properties;
• Using advanced equipment such as robotic total stations, GPS systems, and GIS databases;
• Preparing detailed reports based on survey results;
• Documenting survey data including measurements, calculations, photographs, sketches and notes;
• Inspecting property boundaries and features;
• Analyzing data using specialized software programs;
• Maintaining accurate records of survey plans and results.
The ideal candidate should possess a degree in Surveying/Geomatics or a related field. They should be skilled in the use of surveying equipment and software applications. Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential for this role. Foreign candidates are encouraged to apply.
