Welder – Riyadh

We are looking for an experienced Welder to join our team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be well-versed in welding processes and techniques, and have a keen eye for detail. The salary on offer is 1700. We are also ready to consider foreign applicants.

Responsibilities:
- Read blueprints and drawings and take measurements to plan layout and procedures
- Determine the appropriate welding equipment or method based on requirements
- Operate angle grinders to prepare the parts that must be welded
- Align components using calipers, rulers etc. and clamp pieces together
- Weld components using manual or semi-automatic welding equipment in various positions (vertical, horizontal or overhead)
- Repair machinery and other components by welding pieces and filling gaps
- Perform regular maintenance on welding equipment
- Follow safety guidelines at all times
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a welder
- Technical degree in relevant field is an advantage but not a must
- Ability to read blueprints and drawings accurately
- Ability to use different kinds of machinery (e.g. plasma cutter)
- Proficient in using electrical or manual tools (saws, squares, calipers etc.)
- Excellent attention to detail and good problem solving skills
- Good physical condition and strength with the ability to work in awkward positions
