Barista Vacancy – Riyadh

We are looking for a Barista to join our team in Riyadh. This is an opportunity to join a progressive and growing business in the city with competitive pay. No experience is necessary, however the ideal candidate should have an enthusiasm for learning and be passionate about delivering excellent customer service.

Requirements:
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must have valid ID or passport
• Customer service skills with the ability to empathize with customers
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous barista experience is a plus but not required (We are willing to consider immigrants)

Responsibilities:
• Greeting customers and responding to their needs
• Serving beverages such as coffee, tea, juices, etc. according to company standards; including measuring out ingredients, blending ice cream shakes, etc.
• Maintaining cleanliness of work area including counters, equipment and utensils; wiping down tables and chairs; sweeping floors; emptying garbage cans; etc.
• Stocking supplies such as coffee beans, tea leaves, sugar cubes, milk products; etc.
