We are looking for a talented Executive Chef to join our team in Riyadh and lead the kitchen operations in our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have an eye for detail and must be committed to producing high-quality dishes.

Job Description:
• Develop menus with a focus on quality and creativity
• Train and manage kitchen personnel
• Monitor food stocks and place orders when necessary
• Ensure compliance with health regulations
• Cost out new recipes
• Maintain an organized kitchen space
• Supervise the preparation of high-quality dishes

Demands for the Candidate:
• Education from a top culinary school is preferred
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef or similar role is required
• Knowledge of international cuisines and dietary requirements is essential
• Ability to delegate tasks effectively while maintaining high standards
