Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate should possess excellent culinary, organizational and leadership skills. The Executive Chef will be responsible for managing the entire kitchen staff and overseeing all culinary operations within the hotel/restaurant. This position requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to create innovative menus that meet customer expectations. The successful candidate must be able to work independently with minimal supervision and should have a comprehensive understanding of international cuisines.
Responsibilities:
• Develop creative menus that feature a variety of international dishes
• Train, manage and motivate kitchen staff on proper food preparation techniques
• Ensure health and safety standards are met in the kitchen area
• Oversee inventory control procedures such as ordering supplies, checking deliveries for quality assurance and maintaining stock levels
• Monitor food costs to ensure budget targets are met while ensuring high quality dishes are prepared for customers
