The Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Developing menus and recipes according to established standards;
- Preparing meals according to customer requirements;
- Ensuring high food quality by inspecting ingredients before use;
- Supervising kitchen staff;
- Training staff on proper cooking techniques;
- Maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen;
- Assisting in ordering supplies and inventory management; - Creating food displays for special occasions.

Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in professional cooking or culinary arts;
- Knowledge of traditional Middle Eastern cuisine is an advantage;
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; - Ability to work long hours in a fast paced environment; - Excellent communication skills both verbal & written.
