We are looking for an experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Riyadh. Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the retail industry and the ability to build relationships with customers and suppliers. Responsibilities:
• Analyze customer needs and develop strategies to meet those needs
• Monitor product trends and provide feedback on product changes
• Develop merchandising plans for store locations
• Negotiate prices with vendors
• Create product displays for promotional campaigns
• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels
• Ensure store shelves are adequately stocked with merchandise
• Monitor competitor activity and identify areas of improvement

Required Skills: • Proven experience as a merchandiser or relevant role
• Knowledge of retail sales principles and customer service practices
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team • Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage) • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Ability to lift heavy items up to 50 lbs. • Familiarity with data entry and inventory software
