We are currently looking for an Office Assistant to join our team at Reef Al Fujairah City. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to our staff as well as helping with our day-to-day operations. The position offers a salary of 1700, and we are open to considering an immigrant. No prior experience is required as we are willing to provide training for the right candidate.
The role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should be reliable, efficient, and have strong communication skills. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: answering phone calls, greeting visitors, sorting mail, maintaining files and records, preparing documents, scheduling appointments and meetings, entering data into our database system, ordering supplies when needed, managing office equipment maintenance contracts and ensuring the office runs smoothly.
