Job Description:
The Nurse will provide direct patient care, including but not limited to assessments, treatments, medication administration, documentation, patient teaching and discharge planning. The Nurse will also be responsible for maintaining current knowledge of evidence-based practice guidelines; administering medications, injections, treatments; performing diagnostic tests; assisting physicians with various procedures; performing wound care; monitoring vital signs; updating patient records; and providing emotional support for patients. The Nurse will also collaborate with other healthcare professionals in order to provide quality care to patients.
