Job Description:
Merchandiser – Riyadh

We are looking for an experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Riyadh. This position is responsible for managing and expanding our company's retail presence in the market. The successful candidate will be able to identify customer needs and develop strategies to increase sales, while also developing relationships with vendors and customers.

Duties:
• Analyze sales reports and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop promotional plans, pricing policies, and product line changes to ensure maximum profitability.
• Monitor inventory levels of current products and order new items as needed.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Negotiate terms with vendors for optimal pricing and availability of merchandise.
• Ensure that store shelves are properly stocked with merchandise in accordance with company standards.
• Train store personnel on proper merchandising techniques, product knowledge, and customer service skills.
• Build relationships with customers by providing exceptional service that is tailored to their needs.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred but not required.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Merchandiser or similar role is required.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as excellent negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail at all times.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) is a must-have skill set for this role
