Land Surveyor – Riyadh
We are looking for a Land Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing land surveys and mapping activities to create an accurate representation of the land's features. This position offers a competitive salary of 1700 SAR per month and will consider applications from non-local candidates.

The main responsibilities of this role include:
• Carrying out surveys, using specialist equipment such as theodolites, GPS, laser scanners and total stations
• Preparing plans, maps, drawings and reports based on survey data
• Analyzing data collected from the field
• Maintaining accurate records of surveys in electronic databases
• Liaising with clients to discuss their requirements and provide advice
• Keeping up to date with advances in survey technology and techniques

The ideal candidate should have:
• A diploma or higher qualification in Land Surveying or a related subject
• Good knowledge of geospatial systems such as GIS, CAD and related software programs
• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential
• Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• A valid driver’s license.
