The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in welding and demonstrate a high level of proficiency with industrial welding tools. The primary responsibilities of this position include preparing metals for welding, operating welding equipment, connecting metal parts using various techniques such as butt-welding, fillet-welding and brazing, and using other processes to finish the welded parts. We expect the candidate to be able to read blueprints and drawings accurately and measure precisely when necessary.
