We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Pastry Chef to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and preparing a variety of pastries and desserts for our customers. This position requires a creative individual with excellent culinary skills and a passion for baking.

The ideal candidate should have experience working in a similar role, as well as possess the following skills and qualifications:
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in pastry or dessert production
• Expertise in baking cakes, pies, breads, cookies, muffins, etc.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and handling procedures
• Excellent knife skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently or in a team setting
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of various decorating techniques (icing, fondant etc.) is an asset.
