Job Description:
The Teacher will be responsible for creating and implementing an effective teaching program for students. They will design lesson plans, assign tasks, evaluate student performance, and provide guidance to help students reach their educational goals. The Teacher will also participate in professional development activities to stay up-to-date on new teaching methods and technologies.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement an effective teaching program tailored to the needs of the students
• Design lesson plans that adhere to education standards
• Facilitate interactive learning activities with students
• Assess student performance and provide feedback
• Guide students in their academic progress
• Participate in professional development activities
• Maintain up-to-date records of student progress
• Address student behavior issues when necessary
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education or related field
• Valid Teaching Certificate or equivalent qualification
• Proven experience as a teacher in K-12 setting
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate students and build relationships with parents/guardians
• Ability to use technology effectively in instruction
