Surveyor – Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

We are looking for an experienced Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and advice on surveying projects and activities.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Perform surveying services including boundary, topographical, geodetic, and construction surveys.
• Analyze survey data including legal descriptions and prepare reports.
• Calculate areas of land tracts using appropriate software.
• Use GPS technology to establish precise control points or networks for mapping purposes.
• Utilize AutoCAD to create survey drawings.
• Prepare maps showing elevation contours, locations of roads and other features for development plans.
• Gather data from various sources including aerial photography, research documents, historical records and field observations.
• Review proposed plans to ensure compliance with existing laws or regulations including local zoning ordinances or building codes.
Salary: 900 SAR per month (negotiable depending on experience). We are willing to consider a foreign candidate for this role.
