We are looking for an experienced Lawyer to join our team in Al-Kuwait. We are ready to consider a foreigner for this role.

Responsibilities:
• Provide legal advice on contracts, laws, regulations and other legal matters
• Resolve any legal issues with clients or other organizations
• Prepare and review legal documents such as contracts, leases, and agreements
• Monitor changes in relevant legislation
• Represent the company in court proceedings or negotiations with other entities
• Advise on corporate governance matters such as internal policies and compliance with laws
• Draft professional opinions and legal memoranda.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Law from an accredited institution
• 3+ years of relevant experience as a lawyer preferably in a law firm or related corporation
• Proficiency with MS Office suite (Word, Excel) including knowledge of PowerPoint presentation software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Salary: 1600 per month
