Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced, dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years teaching experience and possess excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate should be able to create a stimulating learning environment for students, encourage them to develop their skills and abilities, and build on their knowledge base through lessons that are both informative and interesting. The successful candidate should also have the ability to maintain discipline in the classroom while providing students with the guidance and support they need. Additionally, the Teacher must be proficient in English as it is the language of instruction here at our school. This position offers a highly competitive salary of 1700 per month. We are open to considering foreign candidates for this role.

Responsibilities

The Teacher will be responsible for developing lesson plans that are age-appropriate and align with curriculum standards, delivering lectures to classes, assigning tasks as necessary, providing individualized instruction to students struggling with material, monitoring progress of students’ academic performance through assessments and evaluations, creating course materials such as syllabi and handouts, grading tests and assignments according to established criteria, coordinating field trips or other educational activities outside of class hours, maintaining accurate records regarding grades or attendance records, attending school meetings or other events related to student welfare or educational advancement.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field; alternatively two years teaching experience may be accepted. The successful candidate should also be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills both orally and in writing; have strong organizational skills; have an understanding of current education trends; demonstrate proficiency in using technology such as computers; have strong problem-solving abilities; be self-motivated; possess excellent interpersonal skills; have the ability to motivate others; demonstrate a passion for teaching; possess strong time management skills; be able to work within deadlines; display creativity when planning courses or activities; display patience when working with individuals who require extra guidance or attention.
