Position Title: Welder
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Salary: 1700 SAR
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Welder to join our team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for welding parts and components together using both manual and automated welding equipment. The Welder must have a strong knowledge of welding methods and techniques, and must possess the ability to read blueprints and follow safety protocols. An immigrant is welcome to apply for this role.

Responsibilities:
• Read blueprints and drawings to determine materials needed, the sequence of welds required, and other welding requirements
• Prepare materials for welding by cutting, measuring, grinding, beveling edges, or pre-heating as needed
• Set up manual or semi-automatic welding equipment according to specifications
• Monitor the progress of welds to ensure that parts are properly aligned
• Inspect welded components for defects or deviations from standards using appropriate tools such as calipers or micrometers
• Repair or rework defective parts as necessary
• Follow safety protocols at all times when working with hazardous materials
• Maintain records of work completed

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Welder with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
• Able to read and interpret blueprints accurately
• Working knowledge of various welding processes including MIG, TIG, FCAW and SMAW (Stick) • Ability to use related equipment such as cutting torches, grinders etc. • Excellent attention to detail with strong problem solving skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines • Good physical condition and strength with some lifting required • Proficient in English (verbal/written)
