The successful candidate must have:
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
• Passion for working with young children
• Ability to create innovative, engaging, and interactive learning experiences
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Ability to effectively manage student behavior
• Knowledge of basic principles of child development.
