Job Responsibilities

• Greeting customers promptly and taking their orders accurately
• Serving food and drinks in a timely manner
• Ensuring that all tables remain clean throughout the shift
• Assisting with any additional tasks as required by management
• Delivering outstanding customer service at all times
• Clearing tables after each guest leaves
• Following health & safety regulations when handling food products

Qualifications

• Previous experience working as a waiter or waitress is preferred but not essential
• Excellent communication skills with customers
• Passionate about providing the highest quality of customer service
• Strong knowledge of food & beverage products
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
