• 3 years of experience as a Chef in a professional kitchen setting
• Strong knowledge of different cuisines
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational skills

Job Responsibilities:
• Menu planning and development according to customer needs and tastes
• Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring high quality standards are met
• Plan production schedules and organize the kitchen staff accordingly
• Monitor food preparation methods, portion sizes, garnishes, ingredients and presentation of food
• Prepare special orders or substitute items as requested by customers
• Ensure all dishes are prepared according to specifications established by the restaurant
