Job Description: Land Surveyor (Riyadh)
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for land surveying, excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. This position offers a salary of 1700 SAR and is open to both local and foreign applicants.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct surveys to establish legal boundaries for properties using specialized equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and levels
• Prepare sketches, maps, records, and documents related to survey results
• Analyze data collected from surveys in order to identify discrepancies or inaccuracies
• Calculate measurements from survey recordings such as distances and angles
• Interpret legal descriptions of property boundaries for accuracy
• Provide advice on surveying techniques or procedures
• Implement safety protocols when conducting surveys in hazardous environments
• Maintain detailed records of all survey work completed
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Surveying or related field preferred; Associate degree with relevant work experience acceptable
• Minimum two (2) years of experience in land surveying activities required
• Knowledgeable with the use of specialized equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and levels
• Ability to interpret legal descriptions accurately
• Excellent problem-solving skills
