Job Title: Teacher
Location: Sharjah, UAE
Salary: 1400 AED/Month

We are looking for an experienced and talented Teacher to join our team in Sharjah. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching various subjects to students in a classroom setting. This position requires excellent communication skills, as well as the ability to effectively manage a classroom of diverse learners.

The ideal candidate is a passionate and highly organized individual who is committed to providing the best learning experience possible. They must have a strong understanding of the curriculum and be able to plan engaging lessons that will help students reach their full potential. The Teacher must also possess strong interpersonal skills, as they will be responsible for liaising with parents, colleagues, and administration staff on a regular basis.

Responsibilities:
• Develop lesson plans and instructional materials that meet the needs of all students
• Instruct students in various academic areas, using appropriate teaching methods
• Provide feedback to students on their progress and performance
• Maintain discipline in the classroom by establishing rules and providing appropriate consequences
• Evaluate student performance through assessments such as tests, quizzes, homework assignments, etc.
• Prepare report cards with grades at the end of each term
• Liaise with parents regarding student progress or behavioral issues
• Participate in staff meetings and other professional development activities

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or another related field
• Valid teaching license/certificate (if applicable)
• Proven experience teaching at the elementary or secondary level in Sharjah/UAE (preferred)
• Excellent communication skills both verbal & written in English & Arabic (preferred)
