Job Summary
We are looking for an Executive Chef to join our team in Riyadh. This individual will be responsible for managing the kitchen staff, developing menus, and ensuring that all meals are prepared to the highest standard of quality and deliciousness. The successful candidate should have extensive knowledge of international cuisine as well as excellent organizational and leadership skills. The position is full-time with a salary of 1200 SAR per month, and we are ready to consider an immigrant for this role.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Create menu items that will tantalize the taste buds of customers while also being cost-effective
• Lead kitchen staff in food preparation, ensuring that all dishes meet quality standards
• Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
• Supervise kitchen staff in their daily tasks and monitor their performance
• Ensure food safety standards are followed at all times
• Develop new recipes to keep up with trends in the culinary world
• Present plated dishes in a creative and visually appealing way
• Train staff on proper food handling procedures, health & safety practices, and recipes
Qualifications & Skills
• 5+ years of experience as a chef or sous chef in a professional kitchen setting
• Extensive knowledge of international cuisine and flavors
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards
• Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision
