We are currently searching for an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

This position requires a self-motivated individual with experience in surveying land and making assessments on a variety of sites. The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate past successes in land surveying and have a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities include:
• Performing accurate land surveys and topographical surveys using the latest equipment
• Determining boundaries using GPS systems, aerial photography, and field notes
• Creating maps with all relevant features accurately represented
• Collecting data on properties such as area, elevation, and shape
• Assessing potential risks associated with the land such as flooding or subsidence
• Analyzing data to determine the best solutions for each project
• Working closely with other professionals such as engineers and architects to ensure accuracy of survey results.

The successful candidate should possess a degree or certification in Land Surveying or a related field along with at least 5 years of experience in the profession. An excellent eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently are also essential requirements for this role. We are willing to consider applicants from abroad with appropriate work permits.
