We are looking for an experienced and creative chef to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will prepare a variety of dishes with a focus on traditional Middle Eastern cuisine. The successful candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have an eye for detail. We are ready to consider a foreigner with no experience.

Job Description:
• Create and prepare traditional Middle Eastern dishes with a focus on flavor, presentation, and nutrition
• Prepare recipes according to the restaurant’s standards
• Ensure that all food is stored properly according to health regulations
• Monitor food stock levels and order supplies as needed
• Train and supervise kitchen staff, when necessary
• Manage kitchen operations including hiring, training, scheduling, budgeting, ordering supplies, etc.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards set by the restaurant

Demands for the Candidate:
• Proven experience as a Chef or Cook
• Expertise in Middle Eastern cuisine (preferred but not required)
• Knowledge of health regulations related to food preparation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Leadership skills and ability to motivate staff

Salary: 1500 SAR/month
