Job Title: Executive Chef
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Salary: 1400 SAR per month
Requirements:
• Proven experience as an executive chef or senior-level sous chef in a high-end restaurant or kitchen
• Exceptional culinary skills and a passion for creating innovative dishes
• Good understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
• Familiar with industry’s best practices
• Working knowledge of creating budgets and cost control measures.
• Outstanding record of kitchen and staff management
• Ability to remain calm and resilient under stressful situations.
• Immigrant applicants welcome. No prior experience required.
Responsibilities:
• Develop menus with new or existing culinary creations ensuring the variety and quality of the servings
• Approve and “polish” dishes before they reach the customer
• Estimate food requirements and food/labor costs
• Arrange for equipment purchases and repairs • Recruit, train and supervise kitchen staff • Rectify arising problems or complaints • Work with team of sous chefs to create memorable dining experiences • Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
