Job Title: Waiter - Al-Wakra, Qatar

We are looking for a Waiter to join our team at a restaurant in Al-Wakra, Qatar. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the hospitality industry and must be willing to work on a contract basis. This position is open to all nationalities, including but not limited to Indian nationals. The position does not require English language proficiency, however knowledge of local languages is highly desirable. Accommodation will not be provided with the job. Candidates must have their own visa and travel documents.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Greeting customers as they arrive at the restaurant and seating them at their tables
• Taking orders from customers and serving food and drinks accordingly
• Ensuring that all food orders are prepared correctly and in a timely manner
• Maintaining cleanliness of the restaurant including tables, chairs, floors, etc.
• Assisting with the set up of events or special days such as birthdays or anniversaries
• Upselling additional items such as desserts or drinks when appropriate
• Answering customer queries about menu items or services provided by the restaurant
• Processing payments from customers for their meals and drinks
• Assisting with closing duties such as counting cash drawers or restocking shelves.
