We are looking to hire a qualified librarian to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate should possess excellent English language skills, as well as a degree in library science or related field. The successful candidate should be able to work independently and without assistance from the team.

The primary role of the librarian will be to manage and maintain the library’s collection of books, periodicals and other materials for patrons. This involves cataloguing items, shelving materials, organizing resources and ensuring patron requests are fulfilled in a timely manner. Additionally, the librarian will be responsible for helping patrons locate materials, providing information on library services and programs and answering inquiries related to library activities.

This position does not provide accommodation or visa sponsorship; however we highly encourage applications from English-speaking individuals with no prior work experience who can secure their own visa in Abu Dhabi. Graduates with a degree in library science are welcome to apply.
