Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare lesson plans and deliver instruction to students in assigned classes
- Develop lesson plans that meet state standards and use appropriate teaching materials and resources
- Provide support for students to ensure they understand concepts being taught
- Evaluate student performance, provide feedback and maintain accurate student records
- Participate in professional development activities as required by the school district
- Work closely with other teachers, administrators, parents, etc. to ensure the best possible outcomes for students

Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field required; Master’s degree preferred
- At least 3 years of relevant experience teaching in an elementary or secondary school setting preferred
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively manage classroom behavior
