Librarian vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE

Librarian (Egyptian National, Abu-Dhabi, UAE)
We are seeking an experienced and qualified Librarian to join our team in Abu-Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate should be an Egyptian national who is fluent in English.

The successful applicant will be responsible for managing the library and its resources. This includes cataloging new books, maintaining the library’s databases, helping patrons find information, and overseeing library activities. Other duties include organizing events such as book readings and discussions, developing effective shelving systems to ensure easy access to resources, and providing reference services.

The successful candidate should possess excellent communication and organizational skills along with a strong knowledge of library systems and processes. A university degree in Library Science or a related field is preferred but not necessary if the applicant has sufficient experience. This position does not include accommodation.
