The driver should also be able to plan routes effectively and efficiently, while being mindful of the company's fuel costs. They will also need to complete paperwork related to deliveries, such as manifests and invoices.

They must have excellent communication skills, as they may need to interact with customers or other personnel while on the job. Additionally, they should be detail-oriented and able to follow instructions precisely.
